Engineering Technical Services (ETS)

Transition from Fulton to UTO Webserver

The www.fulton.asu.edu webserver is being decomissioned, with its websites moved to the UTO web hosting services. Marc Lesure is the project lead and point of contact. Please read the following article if you have any websites on the www server.

Instant Servers

Virtual servers are offered under ETS' "Server On Demand" program. They are created from pre-defined templates and can be implemented quickly. Please see the server on demand homepage for details.

Windows Computer Help

For help with your Windows desktop, laptop, or netbook computer(s), contact the support staff assigned to your area. Please refer to our Distributed Support Model web page for more information.

Instrument & Prototype Machine Shop

Job submissions are now created online. The links for required shop orientation for student job submissions and additional information are located on the webpage. Job submission and tracking is easier, and information for rush jobs is also available. Shop Hours: 7:30AM-3:30PM M-F.

Renovations Process

ETS staff can assist you with office and lab renovations involving construction. Depending on the scope of the job, we may be able to use our own internal Structures Shop for the construction, or we will coordinate your job with the University group responsible for renovations (CPMG- Capital Programs Management Group). The renovations process has many steps that must be adhered to to meet building safety and University construction codes, so we strongly suggest you contact us for all of your renovations projects. Please refer to our renovations website.

Also, Marie Schwind has developed a handy reference for requesting all sorts of different facilities services like buying furniture, moving, window blinds, lock services, painting, ISAAC, etc.
