Windows Desktop support
To get technical support, contact your departmental service professional below. Each Fulton School department has dedicated technical support staff embedded within their unit who are responsible for troubleshooting, software installs, maintenance, equipment inventory, and other general desktop functions.
Refer to the following chart for your department’s specific procedure for requesting technical support on both a day to day and emergency basis.
If you have any questions about your department’s procedures, please refer them to either your department chairperson or your Business Operations Manager.

Site-licensed Software for Installation on ASU Owned Computers
Each of the department support personnel has copies of all of our site-licensed software. Please follow the department's helpdesk procedure for requesting installation of site-licensed software.
Site-licensed Software for Installation on Student-owned Laptops
The Fulton school licenses Solidworks and Labview for personal student use. The software is now available for checkout from the Engineering Student Center.
If you are looking for Labview or Solidworks for checkout go to ECG-first floor. The following applications can be installed by your departmental staff representative, call or request service online.

Technical Assistance for Student-owned Laptops
Technical assistance for student-owned laptops will be provided in the student center at the times posted in the center. It is also provided by the University Technology Office in the Computing Commons, which is the building next to the ASU bookstore. Go to the left as you walk in the front door.
Deliveries of Computers and Computer Equipment
Each Fulton school department's technical support staff is responsible for communicating ENGR purchasing standards for computers and accepting deliveries of computers and equipment within their department. ETS will no longer be accepting deliveries.
