ETS Feedback Survey

We are very much interested in your opinion on how well we are doing to we can improve our services.  Below are several categories of surveys based on the services we provide. The survey is very short and should only require a few minutes of your time.

General

UNIX servers and Server-on-Demand

Our SoD team provides service for our Server-on-Demand and UNIX server administration customers.  If you would like to provide feedback on just that team, select this survey.

Distributed UNIX workstations

We have a separate team that provides UNIX support for distributed workstations used in labs and offices, etc.  If you would like to provide feedback on just that team, select this survey.

Windows servers

We have a separate team that manages and administrates windows servers.   If you would like to provide feedback on just that team, select this survey.

Student success: Classrooms and Instructional labs

We have a special team that supports our computerized classrooms and instructional labs and are dedicated to our student's success.  If you would like to provide feedback on that team, select this survey.

Electronics

We have a team that provides analog electronic service and support.  If you would like to provide feedback on that team, select this survey.

Machine shop

We have a machine shop that fabricates components, lab benches and other apparatus for research experimentation.  If you would like to provide feedback on that group, select this survey.

Structures Shop

We have a carpentry shop that builds walls, constructs lab benches, welds metal frames for apparatus,  etc.  If you would like to provide feedback for this group, select this survey.

Renovations

We have a small group that helps initiate and coordinate renovation projects.  If you would like to provide feedback on that group, select this survey.

ISAAC, equipment checkouts and conference rooms

The ETS office provides various services that include checkout of A/V equipment and laptops, etc, conference room reservations, and ISAAC access administration.  If you would like to provide feedback on this gorup, select this survey.
