Keyless Door Access: ISAAC System Overview

The ISAAC System (Integrated System at ASU for Access Control) is the current keyless door access system for the Fulton School of Engineering. ISAAC uses the latest iClass proximity/smart card technology. This technology is integrated into your ASU Sun Card.

Service Outages: April 12, 2013

There will be outages for several of ETS' servers on Friday, April 12, 2013.  These outages are necessary so that we may install the latest Microsoft security updates.  The outages will occur from 9pm to midnight.

Computer Support

Windows desktop technical support (troubleshooting, software installs, maintenance, equipment inventory, and other general desktop issues) is provided by each school separately within the Fulton Schools of Engineering. Please contact your school's support person.

Once the inteview is completed and reviewed, written plans including floor diagrams will be provided for your approval. Once these plans are accepted and signed off on by you, we will submit all the appropriate paperwork to obtain estimates.

SOD OUTAGE

A reminder that we will need to power off ALL Virtual Machines in the SoD environment Friday night (Dec 21st) beginning 9:00PM. The storage appliance we use needs to be powered off to replace the filer heads that are at end of life.

Time and Attendance Support (TAS)

Basic feature overview

TAS is a web application which is designed to enhance the functionality of the ASU Peoplesoft Time System by providing the following features:

• Simple and efficient electronic submission and approval of Leave Requests (and optionally, Hours Worked for student workers)
• Peoplesoft real-time reconciliation reporting between TAS and ASU Peoplesoft
• At-a-glance Gantt chart calendar for planning
• Automatic reminders sent to supervisors for employees taking leave
• Built-in Absence Reports
